Small team, serious run sheets

Auditsmith Events began in 2017 with two folding tables, one van and a stubborn idea: that events in Malaysia deserved planners who treat logistics as lovingly as decor. Nine years and three hundred-odd events later, the tables are nicer but the idea hasn’t moved.

How we’re built

We keep the studio deliberately compact — producers, stylists, a technical director and a logistics coordinator, backed by a bench of suppliers we have worked with for years. When your event needs forty hands, we scale up with crews we trust; when it needs four, you don’t pay for forty.

Every project gets a single lead producer who signs the proposal, walks the venue, writes the run sheet and stands beside you on the day. Nothing gets lost in a hand-off because there isn’t one.

What we refuse to do

  • Pad supplier invoices — production costs pass through at documented rates.
  • Reuse last month’s concept with new flowers.
  • Promise a guest experience the budget cannot honestly deliver.
  • Leave a venue in worse shape than we found it.

Concept, venue shortlist and an open-book budget within ten working days. You see every number.

Build

Suppliers contracted, permits filed, run sheet drafted and rehearsed. You get a weekly one-page update.

Deliver

Our crew arrives first and leaves last. You attend your own event as a guest, not a coordinator.
