Planners first, decorators second, panickers never

We are a compact team of producers, stylists and logistics people working out of a shophouse on Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah. What holds it all together is a simple belief: creativity means nothing if the run sheet falls apart.

Before you write to us

How far in advance should we engage you?

For conferences, galas and launches we suggest ten to sixteen weeks so venues and suppliers can be secured at sensible rates. Smaller celebrations can come together in four to six weeks. If your date is closer than that, still write to us — we keep room for short-notice projects when the brief is clear.

Do you only work in Penang?

Our studio is in George Town, but roughly half of our calendar happens elsewhere — Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Langkawi and Johor Bahru most often. Travel and logistics are itemised transparently in the proposal.

Can you work with our in-house team or existing vendors?

Yes, and we prefer it. If you already have a caterer you trust or an AV partner under contract, we fold them into the run sheet and coordinate them alongside our own suppliers.

What does your fee look like?

Most projects are quoted as a fixed management fee against an agreed scope, with production costs passed through at documented rates. You will never find an unexplained line on our invoice.

Do you handle permits and venue paperwork?

We do. Local council permits, PDRM notifications for road-facing activations, venue insurance certificates and bomba clearances are all part of the checklist we run for every event that needs them.

What happens if it rains on an outdoor event?

Every outdoor plan we issue ships with a wet-weather version — covered fallback areas, marquee options and a decision timeline agreed with you in advance, so the call is calm rather than chaotic.
